Item Description
Near set of 16 different pieces from this extensive set made in England by Wade Heath, c. 1938. Sculpted and designed by artist Jessie Van Halen, each is nicely painted glazed ceramic w/high relief designs that include Snow White, the Seven Dwarfs, forest animals and forest settings including the Dwarfs' cottage. Sizes range from 2.25" to 8.75" tall and includes - covered dish shaped like cottage, four small glasses w/accompanying plate, two lidded condiment jars, two lidded dishes (one w/Dopey handle), butter dish, teapot, coffee pot, creamer, 9" dia. porridge bowl, container w/handle and standard water pitcher (also produced in a musical version). No salt and pepper shakers or accompanying tray. Some scattered lt. wear/aging and crazing. Overall pieces remain glossy and Exc. A rare opportunity to obtain this many pieces at once, by far the biggest selection of this classic set we have offered in our 55 years.
