7.75x10-3/8" Series 2/19 back blister card containing 5" long action figure of Leatherhead from Playmate's popular 1989 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toyline, ©1989 Mirage Studios. Card is unpunched. Original store price sticker at upper right. Card has faint crease above blister, only noticeable on back of card. Blister has yellowed w/age and remains firmly affixed to card and is free of any cracks. Scattered surface wear/dust soiling. Minor dent above weapons compartment of blister. Card is Fine/VF overall. Figure is NM as packaged.
