7.75x10-3/8" Series 4/48 back blister card containing 4" tall action figure of Tattoo (no tattoo on belly) from Playmate's popular 1991 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles toyline, ©1991 Mirage Studios. Card has been punched. Original store price sticker on upper right side of blister. Blister remains firmly affixed to card and is free of any dents. Blister stem has notable chip to base. Card is o/w VF overall. Figure is NM as packaged.
