1.75" w/Baltimore Badge & Novelty Co. back paper. Ribbon attached under spring pin. Moderate wear most notably a surface scratch near edge at 4 o'clock. Otherwise faint light brown spot on curl at 11 o'clock. Ribbon has minimal loss of gold application. Overall extremely Fine. Rare.
