Item Description
2.25". Features youthful portrait image of the 1916 Republican nominee. Perhaps from earlier in his career from his runs for NY Governor or a 1908 hopeful, although this image was used occasionally for his 1916 bid as well. Scattered spotting along the edges, with a few making their way closer to the portrait, as well as a tiny cello cut just left of Hughes at about 10 o'clock in the white field. VG. Very infrequently offered.
