6.5" overall w/1.75" cello. National Equipment Co. back paper. Ribbon has scattered pulls and tears, most notably a 1" tear along the left edge just above "President". Some loss and fading of the gold letter application on the ribbon. VG. Cello is smooth and glossy w/only minor surface wear. NM.
