Item Description
3.5" w/ union bug at 6 o'clock. Light surface wear. Exc. Birr was a professional basketball player, a WWII veteran and an investor in professional sports teams such as the New York Titans (later the New York Jets). Birr ran for mayor of Indianapolis in 1955 but was defeated. An interesting piece interesecting sports and politics.
