1.25" w/ Bastian Bros. written on curl. A touch off-center w/ only minor surface wear. Exc. as made. Porter Hardy Jr. was a U.S. Congressman representing Virginia's 2nd District. First elected in 1946, he served for more than 20 years in Congress. He defeated challenger William R. Burns, while Stevenson and Kefauver were defeated by Eisenhhower and Nixon.
