3.5" w/ Phila. Badge Co. written on curl. Blatt was the first woman in Pennsylvania elected to a statewide office, serving as the Secretary of Internal Affairs for PA. She ran for the Senate in 1964, but lost to the Republican incumbent, Hugh Scott. LBJ won his election in 1964, assuaging his anxiety about being an "accidental president." Small light tan stain under the first "N" in "Johnson."  Otherwise light surface wear. Extremely Fine.
