2.5x4.5. From a single-day event held in Savannah, GA on November 18, 1933. At this event, FDR discussed monetary policy and the recent U.S. recognition of Russia, as Roosevelt re-established formal diplomatic relations with Russia 16 years after it broke diplomatic ties following the Bolshevik Revolution. Scattered creasing and moderate surface and edge wear, as well as a 1/4" tear along the top edge in the center. VG.
