3.5" long ribbon suspending a 3" cello w/Phila. Badge Co. on curl. Ribbon has only light handling wear w/gold text intact. Button features smiling portrait of "President Eisenhower" at the center of a sunflower w/text "Kansas" on lower petals. Light wear from limited use only in reflected light. Exc.
