10x13.5” thin artboard features pen and ink illustration by C.C. Beck, creator of Captain Marvel and the Marvel Family. Art shows character “Captain Tootsie” and is signed and dated by Beck, 1981. Pencil notations at bottom. Tape residue and pin holes at top. Light scattered spotting. Fine with image area that could be matted for an Exc. appearance.
