1.25" w/Bastian Bros. Back paper. Art nouveau eagle and shield design that is more frequently seen featuring the 1908 major party candidates, Taft and Bryan. Vertical hairline scratch in field at left otherwise moderate wear in reflected light. Exc. as made. An impressive design and only the fourth we can recall encountering in our 55 years.
