4-7/8x7-1/8” sheet filled out in pencil by Jerry Siegel with notation for “Star-Spangled Kid (No. 1) For $100.00.” The first “Star-Spangled Kid” story appeared in “Action Comics” No. 40 in September, 1941. Voucher is dated “4/25/41.” Document has inked notation at lower right, “Ok by JSL.” Exc. Historic and unique. Comes with Hake's COA.
