3" w/union bugs on curl at 6 o'clock. Candidates' blue tone portraits w/offices above and additional text at bottom "Vote Row A". Henry E. Del Rosso lost New York's 19th District, covering a section of Manhattan, to incumbent Leonard Farbstein. Of the less than ten examples we have encountered in our 55 years all had similar spotting. A tiny bump in field at right from bar pin construction. Otherwise only light surface wear w/full gloss. Technically extremely Fine, but about as nice as they come. A top Goldwater rarity and key New York local.
