3.5x6" tall. Maked Germany on underside of base. Features text "Peace Conference Building/Navy Yard Portsmouth, N.H./Where Treaty Was Signed Between Russia And Japan Sept. 5th, 1905." Reverse credits Roosevelt for his efforts w/lengthy text explaining "The Treaty Of Portsmouth." Tiny hairline crack on lip not affecting graphics. Otherwise only minor wear from limited use. VF.
