7x9-1/8". Signed while in office. Theodore Roosevelt dated Dec. 21, 1908 and Charles W. Fairbanks Feb., 1, 1909. Finely detailed steel engravings with the look of BEP portraits. Bold signatures with no skips or faults. Even toning w/definition from an early mat w/very few signs of foxing. Exc. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA LOAs.
