Item Description
9.5x12.25" hardcover w/220 pages. Published by A.C. McClurg & Co. of Chicago, IL in 1904. Book features collection of cartoons by John Tinney McCutcheon, published alongside newspaper-like text inserts describing social events in Bird Center, IL. Book shows obvious aging and edge wear w/scattered staining to clothbound spine. Moderate corner tip/edge wear. Front endpaper has series of slices that partially cut through page. Inside back cover has large area of watercolor paint staining and missing surface paper along binding. Back endpaper has been removed. Last remaining page has 2.25" tear at bottom by binding. Pages have evenly aged to cream in color. Just Good overall.
