Issued for events on March 5, 1946 at the midwestern college where Churchill delivered his "Sinews Of Peace" address that included the iconic line "From Stettin In The Baltic To Trieste In The Adriatic An Iron Curtain Has Descended Across The Continent" referencing the Soviet domination of Eastern Europe. A diagonal hairline scratch in field just above "Winston" seen only in reflected light. Otherwise extremely clean w/full gloss. Exc. Historic and scarce.
