Stunning eye-catching 2.75" oval c. 1910 with curl text " A. E. Becker y Cia Bs Aires" although we strongly suspect this is a creation of W&H of Newark, NJ for a Buenos Aires advertising jobber employed by the company "Diego Gibson". Arial design of seagulls with banner in their beaks with title in Spanish translating to- "Bearers Of Good News". 99% silvering intact w/just a little oxidation (loss of dull tin finish) on the collet. The celluloid is glossy and Exc. One known to us. Rare. Possibly a unique opportunity to own this gem of advertising mirrors. Alan Weinberg Collection.
