1.5" Candidates' portraits in oblong frame surrounded by stars w/eagle above. Minor buildup in recessed areas of shell and light wear from limited use. Portraits have only minor wear remaining clean w/nice contrast and clarity. Extremely Fine. Retains original vertical fixed pin and 1-7/8" remains of patriotic ribbon. Uncommon.
