6.5x9.25". 1945 commemorative program of Kansas City Merchants Association Dinner for the President. Inscribed in black fountain pen ink on inside cover "To His Honor The Mayor Of Kansas City A Lovely Suburb Of Independence" and signed boldly at conclusion "Harry Truman". Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA LOA. Exc. with slightest marks from handling and edge toning.
