1-3/8" Produced by the International Alliance of Women, an organization founded by Carrie Chapman Catt in 1904. At center is Lady Justice w/Latin text translating to "Suffrage" and "Justice", signed bottom right. A similar example owned by Ms. Catt resides in the Smithsonian Institution. Elaborate floral pattern w/pastel stones. Age appropriate patina and loose pin fit. NM.
