24x29". Limited edition 213/550. Artist Howard Watson, signed in pencil. President and First Lady's signatures are prominent at center bottom margin. Endearing snow scene w/Carter Mondale supporters. Mounting residue reverse has left a few spots at corners, marks at top margin and edge tears along bottom. Ready for framing. VF. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
