Item Description
2.75x3.75x8" and 2.75x4x8" boxes contain pair of tin 8" & 9" long box trucks. Hayashi. 1950-60s. Japan. Boxes have moderate aging/wear. One lid has split corner to lid. Other box has tear on side and puncture on top. Both display VG. Trucks have lt. aging/wear to plated and painted areas. Trace scattered scratches/nicks. Locking rear doors w/keys. Text on sides and tops of box trucks reading Armored Car Savings Bank. First vehicle is older c. 1950s issue. Other truck is newer c. 1960s. Both display VG. Deak Stagemyer Collection.
