7x9.25" blister card contains 4-5/8" tall action figure w/mallet and "Power Action Madcap Mallet" action when legs are squeezed together. US issue. Kenner. ©1984 DC Comics, Inc. The Joker is on US 12 Back card. Includes mini-comic. Card features Fan Club Offer. Card is unpunched and blister appears clear and remains firmly affixed to card. Edges of blister show some shrinkage marks. Card has some lt. handling/edge wear and two small spots of surface paper loss where price sticker was attached. Card displays Fine. Figure is NM as packaged.
