Item Description
As a small sticker on the button back attests this was originally sold via Hake's Auction #131 Nov. 15, 1994 Lot #94. That buyer also clipped the original description an placed it under clear tape on the button's back. It reads "JFK Button For Bastian Bros. Employees. 3-1/2" close-up full color photo on dark brown bkg. Although no inscriptions, button came directly from a former Bastian Bros. employee who stated these were made for employees during the 1960 campaign. Over the brown bkg. (but only in reflected light) numerous lines (air marks) show due to air spots under the celluloid covering but the button is bright and glossy with no other defects." Rare.
