Item Description
3x3.5x1/8" thick with "Med. Art Co. /52" on bottom side edge. This medal, #22 in a series, was commissioned by the American Numismatic Association in an edition of 100. Obverse "Grover Cleveland" above image of him seated in chair with Roman numeral dates of birth and death below. Reverse female goddess seated looking to upper left slogan "Public Office/A Public Trust" and below "President" with Roman numeral inaugural years of 1885 and 1893. Sculptor's name on both front and back lower corners. Tiniest couple of rubs on high points. Very minor. Exc. Rare.
