Item Description
Lot of 48 cards issued as premiums in Spain c. 1920, w/imprint on back for "Chocolate Amatller, Barcelona." Two complete sets (A and B) of 24 numbered cards, each 2-7/8x4.5" and titled "Tarzan De Los Monos" (Tarzan Of The Apes). Choice full color art fronts, backs have Spanish story text. Cards show varying degrees of wear/aging w/corner foxing and creases. Conditions range from VF to EX. Rare and first we've offered in our 55 years.
