Item Description
Die-cut cardboard with flattened size of 15x19.5". Countertop display for "Cirio Topolino" chocolate bars. c. 1936. Front of bin is designed like a woven basket, has attached cardboard bottom panel for three dimensional display. Mickey's ears have creases/tears with repairs. Minnie's head has scattered creasing, one ear re-attached with tape on reverse while the other is an expertly crafted replacement. Additional scattered margin wear/aging including staple rust but most of this is hidden on interior of the display. Color remains strong. VG. Scarce.
