Item Description
9.25" tall glass bottle with wrap-around silk-screened label design. For "Rochester Bottling Co. Minn." Depicts Donald as a golfer, his nephews as caddy and spectators. Art is based on the short "Donald's Golf Game." c. 1939. Has "W.D." copyright. Verse on back reads "Donald Went Around The Course In Two Hundred Fifty-Seven, The Things He Said Made Him Hoarse And May Keep Him Out Of Heaven!" Shows all over wear. Scuffing to the raised rim around the top ridges. The painted label has moderate aging including .5" area on back with tan staining over the word "Beverages." However, design and images remain distinct. No chips. VG. We have also seen a Minnie bottle by this company which is equally rare.
