13.5x18.25" matted w/9.5"x13.5" opening. Oval portraits of candidates w/large eagle perched atop the "Liberty" temple at top center. Tiny section of staining at the top edge that is hidden by the matting w/almost no age toning and only light surface and edge wear. Extremely Fine. Displaying Exc. Gorgeous w/lavish color.
