Item Description
12.5x15.5" frame w/9.5x12.5" opening. Trimmed. Vignette of Lady Liberty standing in the "Temple Of Liberty" flanked by American flags at top center just above the circular portraits. A tiny .5" tear along top edge at the center left. A small brown stain at 4 o'clock just outside the wreath surrounding Lincoln's portrait. Otherwise only moderate age toning and handling wear. VF. A key print to Currier "Grand National Banner" series produced from 1844-1876.
