7/8" w/"Bastian Bros., Rochester, N.Y." written on curl. A few faint brown spots, most notably in between the portraits in the white field and at 9:30 on the extreme outer edge. Otherwise only minor surface wear. Crisp images of the candidates. Extremely Fine. Martin D. Foster 23rd District US House of Representatives from IL. 1912. Only the third we've seen in our 55 years.
