1.25" w/W&H back paper advertising the "National Watchman/Leading Democratic Weekly" newspaper in Washington, DC w/additional text of note "Send 25 Cents And Receive Postpaid 8 Assorted Bryan Photographic Campaign Buttons." Library of Congress archives indicate the paper was in circulation between 1899-1901. Only light surface wear in reflected light. Exc. Only the second we can recall encountering in our 55 years.
