7/8" w/union back stamp. Bastian Bros. on curl at 6 o'clock and "Rochester 19" union bug at 3 o'clock. A great campaign slogan reflective of the late Progressive Era and used into the 1920s. Perfectly centered w/only trivial surface wear seen under magnification. NM. A choice example of this rare Hughes item.
