Item Description
16.75x24.75". Exquisite hand drawn eagle and "Napoleone" header w/manuscript text conferring a title to a court favorite whose heraldic crest is hand painted under the Emperor's signature bottom right. Examples are scarce, many of those are printed and almost none are so graphic. A rare opportunity. Has likely been trimmed w/slight gloss loss at folds, consistent soiling and toning as expected for the age. Comes w/Hake's COA and JSA COA. Exc.
