3-1/8" w/union bug at 6 o'clock. Horizontal bar pin on concave metal reverse. Featuring portrait of Truman seated at his desk in the oval office. Very faint yellow mark at 10 o'clock in white field just left of photo portrait. Otherwise only light surface wear in reflected light. Exc.
