Item Description
2-1/8". Text reads "Washington DC Freedom March/Aug. 28, 1963/United Civil Rights Organizations Of America" and featuring slogan in lower third "For Freedom 'All, Here And Now.'" Scratch in field at 4 o'clock. Otherwise only light even surface wear in reflected light. Exc. Rarely offered and likely only issued to advance fundraising persons working across the country. King first delivered a version of his "I Have A Dream" speech at Cobo Hall in Detroit, MI and as part of that speech on June 23, 1963 he highlighted "All, Here And Now" stating "And So This Social Revolution Taking Place Can Be Summarized In Three Little Words. They Are Not Big Words. One Does Not Need An Extensive Vocabulary To Understand Them. They Are The Words All, Here, And Now. We Want All Of Our Rights, We Want Them Here, And We Want Them Now."
