Item Description
2x5x2.5" tall tin litho fire truck comes in box w/paper label on the lid. 1950s by Marusan, Japan. Label at left center has .25" spot of missing surface paper, a few other tiny spots from margins. Box remains tight, clean and VF. The small fire truck is very nicely detailed and includes separate tin fireman driver. Has manually extendable ladder w/height of 8.5". Detailing on body includes hoses, dials, axes, etc. Front is marked "Fire Chief" and has a pair of lightning bolt designs. Has working friction mechanism which produces a loud siren sound. Has some minute scattered pinpoint paint nicks. Exc.
