Item Description
1.25" has slightly raised horizontal line at center just noticeable to the touch. Visually still essentially Mint with strong red color that has faded on most of the few examples we've seen. No backpaper but known to be made by small firm Progress Adv. Nov. Co. of Kansas City, Mo. Hake #3159. Extremely fine. Displays Mint. See WWI Preparedness button #790.
