Below the eagle w/banner are portraits of past presidents w/the newly elected Cleveland and Hendricks at the bottom. Frame around the photo has moderate wear w/even age toning and scattered staining, most notably at 12 o'clock. Fine. An interesting piece from 1884 commemorating the victory celebration in Portland.
