Item Description
7x10" paper sheets w/copy of art for Nightmask Vol. 1 #1 (Marvel New Universe, November 1986) featuring first appearance of Nightmask by Archie Goodwin that are hand-colored as color guides. Complete 24 story pages, no cover. Late Bronze Age storyline "The Awakening" by Goodwin with art by Tony Salmons and Bret Blevins. Color artist on issue was Andy Yanchus. Max Scheele was credited originally as colorist but crossed out on page, likely replaced by Yanchus for scheduling issue. Paper pages w/"Nightmask #1" written at top and marked up w/color break notations. Lt. aging/handling wear and overall clean. Includes original envelope w/note in pen. Overall displays VF.
