Item Description
1" w/St. Louis Button Co. back paper. There are four different Willkie buttons that picture boxing champion Joe Louis. Two different 1.25" say "Joe And I For (or Want) Willkie." There is a 1.5" which says "Joe Louis For Willkie." This rarest variety is 1" and is the most directly stated endorsement saying "I'm For Willkie/Joe Louis." In addition, this is a real photo button w/o dot pattern and w/crystal clear photo. The button has outstanding gloss and perfect centering w/only minor surface wear in reflected light. NM.
