1.25" w/Indianapolis Photo Button Mfg. back paper. Additional text at lower left "Will Be Total In November." The faintest light brown spot at extreme outer edge 12 o'clock that occurred in photo development process, typical of this variety. Otherwise almost no surface wear even in reflected light. Exc. Perfect centering and full gloss make this choice for display. The solar eclipse on May 28, 1900 captivated the public's imagination and clever button manufacturers took advantage of the hysteria producing this outstanding design for the presidential campaign.
