Item Description
2-1/8" naming The Meek Co. Coshocton but design also known naming American Art Works. Silvering dark along half of very outer edge and rest of surface has small all over cloudy marks, but still 94% intact. The female figure with light rays shooting from her raised hands perhaps represents Amphitrite, the Greek goddess sea queen and wife of Poseidon. Nude figure standing on a rock outcrop is surrounded in a misty crashing wave while beams of white light emanate from each of her hands. Known with several imprints, but all are rare and this "Bar" is our first offered. Cello is NM. Alan Weinberg Collection.
