1" w/"Phila. Badge Co. Inc. Phila., PA" written on curl. Some scattered air marks along the curl by the collet that cannot be seen. Otherwise some even age toning and minor surface wear. Extremely Fine. Don't confuse this w/the similar and more frequently available design from the state set. This design was issued only in GA and is rarely offered. John Pendergrass Collection.
