2x3.5" stiff plastic thin sheet with bar pin glued on the reverse as issued and without maker's name. Issued to guests at a birthday celebration (May 13) sometime around 1975 as this photo of him appears on a 1975 Joe Louis Celebrity Golf Tournament button for a 1975 event in San Dimas, Ca. (See Muchinsky book #158). Inscribed "'Forever The Greatest'/Happy Birthday Joe". Mint. One known to us. Paul Muchinsky Collection.
