5/16x2-5/8" clipped paper with words inked in Washington's hand "Who Sold & Conveyed" taken from document known to relate to a Virginia land survey done 1786 or later. Comes with 9x14" high quality print of GW portrait by Gilbert Stuart that can be used for framed display. Comes with Hake's COA.
