Item Description
9x9.5x2" deep photo illustrated window box w/styrofoam insert contains 4.5" Spider-Man action figure w/Leopardon robot (which features spring-loaded, firing fists) and accessories. Made in Japan by Popy for the Japanese market, ©1978 Marvel Comics Group/Toei Company and based on the popular live action Japanese Spider-Man tokusatsu (live-action film or TV drama that features considerable use of special effects) series produced by Toei, which aired May 17, 1978 to March 14, 1979. Box opened but likely just because tape has aged. Shows lt. aging/wear and window remains firmly affixed. Surface paper pull at lower right corner from price sticker removal is only obvious flaw. Back is very clean and white. Box still displays Fine overall. Contents remain unused and NM as packaged. Scarce Popy Japanese figure set.
